Billy Sullivan (full name: William Joseph Sullivan Jr.; no nicknames) played catcher, first baseman and third baseman from 1931 until 1947 for the Chicago White Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, St. Louis Browns, Detroit Tigers, Brooklyn Dodgers and Pittsburgh Pirates. He played for the White Sox from 1931 - 1933, Reds in 1935, Indians from 1936 - 1937, Browns from 1938 - 1939, Tigers from 1940 - 1941, Dodgers in 1942 and Pirates in 1947. Over 12 seasons, he played 962 games, hit 29 home runs, drove in 347 runs, and stole 30 bases. Born on October 23, 1910 in Chicago, IL, Sullivan stood 6' 0" and weighed 170 lb.
