He played for the Cardinals from 1957 - 1958, Giants in 1959 and Red Sox from 1960 - 1962. Over 6 seasons, he started 32 games, won 16 games, struck out 188 batters, and had a 4.33 ERA. Born on September 21, 1930 in Hammond, IN (All Transactions), Muffett stood 6' 1" and weighed 198 lb. He attended high school.
