Bill McGee (full name: William Henry McGee; Fiddler Bill) played pitcher from 1935 until 1942 for the St. Louis Cardinals and New York Giants. He played for the Cardinals from 1935 - 1941 and Giants from 1941 - 1942. Over 8 seasons, he started 102 games, won 46 games, struck out 340 batters, and had a 3.74 ERA. Born on November 16, 1909 in Batchtown, IL (All Transactions), McGee stood 6' 1" and weighed 215 lb. He attended high school.
