Bill Derlago (full name: Bill Derlago; no nicknames) played center from 1979 until 1987 for the Vancouver Canucks, Toronto Maple Leafs, Boston Bruins, Winnipeg Jets and Quebec Nordiques. He played for the Canucks from 1979 - 1980, Leafs from 1980 - 1986, Bruins in 1986, Jets from 1986 - 1987 and Nordiques in 1987. Over 9 seasons, he played 555 games, scored 189 goals, and made 227 assists. Born in Birtle, Manitoba on August 25, 1958, Derlago stands 5-10 and weighs 194 lbs. He was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1st round (4th overall) of the 1978 NHL Amateur Draft.
