Bill Blackburn (fullname: William Whitford Blackburn Jr.; no nicknames) played from 1950 until 1950 for the Chicago Cardinals. He played 59 games, starting 20 of those. Born in Weleetka, OK on February 5, 1923, Blackburn stands 6'6 and weighs 228 lbs. He attended college at La-Lafayette, Rice. He was drafted by the Chi/Pit Cards/Steelers in the 5th round (33rd overall) of the 1944 NFL Draft.
