Over 18 seasons, he played 1127 games, scored 475 goals, and made 734 assists. Born in Haliburton, Ontario on June 24, 1961, Nicholls stands 6-0 and weighs 185 lbs. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the 4th round (73rd overall) of the 1980 NHL Entry Draft.
