About Antonio Harvey Memorabilia & Collectibles

 Antonio Harvey is a retired professional basketball player and was born in Pascagoula, Mississippi. He attended a number of colleges where he played for each institution’s team. He first went to the Southern Illinois University and stayed for the 1988-89 season. He then went to the Connors State College where he was able to play for the 1989-90 season, the University of Georgia in the 1990-91 season, Connors State College in the 1989-90 season and Pfeiffer University in the 1991-92 and the 1992-93 seasons.

Although Harvey was not selected by any team during the 1993 NBA Draft, he was signed by the Los Angeles Lakers during the 1993 season. This was after he played in the United States Basketball League for the Atlanta Eagles. He was able to take part in the opening night game for the NBA 1993-94 season as a starter for the team.

Harvey was able to play as forward-center for the Los Angeles Lakers for two seasons before he was selected by the Vancouver Grizzlies during the NBA expansion draft of 1995 in June of that year. He was waived in December but was signed by the Los Angeles Clippers in January. Harvey also played for the Seattle Supersonics, Portland Trailblazers and the Atlanta Hawks before pursuing a career in radio broadcasting.
