Al Zarilla (full name: Allen Lee Zarilla; Zeke) played outfielder from 1943 until 1953 for the St. Louis Browns, Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox. He played for the Browns from 1943 - 1952, Red Sox from 1949 - 1953 and White Sox from 1951 - 1952. Over 10 seasons, he played 1120 games, hit 61 home runs, drove in 507 runs, and stole 33 bases. Born on May 1, 1919 in Los Angeles, CA, Zarilla stood 5' 11" and weighed 180 lb. He attended Jefferson (Los Angeles, CA) high school.
