About Al Secord:
Al Secord (full name: Al Secord; no nicknames) played left wing from 1979 until 1990 for the Boston Bruins, Chicago Black Hawks, Chicago Blackhawks, Toronto Maple Leafs and Philadelphia Flyers. He played for the Bruins from 1979 - 1981, Black Hawks from 1981 - 1986, Blackhawks from 1987 - 1990, Leafs from 1988 - 1989 and Flyers in 1989. Over 12 seasons, he played 766 games, scored 273 goals, and made 222 assists. Born in Sudbury, Ontario on March 3, 1958, Secord stands 6-1 and weighs 205 lbs. He was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the 1st round (16th overall) of the 1978 NHL Amateur Draft.
