Al Schroll (full name: Albert Bringhurst Schroll; Bull) played pitcher from 1958 until 1961 for the Boston Red Sox, Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Twins. He played for the Red Sox from 1958 - 1959, Phillies in 1959, Cubs in 1960 and Twins in 1961. Over 4 seasons, he started 13 games, won 6 games, struck out 63 batters, and had a 5.34 ERA. Born on March 22, 1932 in New Orleans, LA, Schroll stood 6' 2" and weighed 210 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on April 20, 1958 and he played his final game on October 1, 1961. Common misspellings of his name include Albert Al Bull Bringhurst alphonse allen allan alberto alan Schroll.
