Adam Hall was born on August 14, 1980 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is a National Hockey League player who is part of the Tampa Bay Lighting at present. He is a former member of the United States National Development Team Program. He attended college at Michigan State and played for the Michigan State Spartans for four years. In 2000, he was included in the Second All-Star team of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association. He joined the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships two times as a representative of the United States in 1999 and in 2000 and was drafted to play in the National Hockey League in 1999. He was chosen by the Nashville Predators as a 52nd overall pick in round two of the NHL Entry Draft.
His first appearance in the NHL was in 2001-2002 seasons and played as a rookie in 2002-2003. After spending four years with the Nashville Predators, he joined the New York Rangers for the 2006-2007 seasons. He also signed with the Minnesota Wild and the Pittsburgh Penguins. With the Penguins, he made it to the 2008 Stanley Cup Finals but lost to Detroit Red Wings. After a few seasons with the Penguins, he signed with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
