Aaron Johnson (full name: Aaron Johnson; no nicknames) played defenseman from 2004 until 2010 for the Columbus Blue Jackets, New York Islanders, Chicago Blackhawks, Calgary Flames and Edmonton Oilers. He played for the Blue Jackets from 2004 - 2007, Islanders in 2008, Blackhawks in 2009, Flames in 2010 and Oilers in 2010. Over 6 seasons, he played 225 games, scored 14 goals, and made 32 assists. Born in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia on April 30, 1983, Johnson stands 6-1 and weighs 208 lbs. He was drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 3rd round (85th overall) of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
