Vegas & Pete Rose Autographs: Match Made in Heaven?

Pete Rose is still a major money maker for Field of Dreams. His signing sessions in Vegas bring in $20,000-$25,000 per day according to the company, which is planning to expand it's memorabilia store chain.

Dreams, Inc. has found a gold mine in the desert. Vacationing sports fans who don't lose all of their money in the sports books and casinos--or win enough to have extra cash--have made their Field of Dreams stores very profitable.

The company CEO told the Las Vegas Business Press that there could be as many as 10 or more stores in the city before long. It was that expansion plan that convinced the company to gobble up the three franchised stores in Vegas.

They'll also be bringing more famous athletes to town for autograph sessions. Rose has proven to be a consistent drawing card.

Field of Dreams has 29 stores across the country. The company owns 13 of those stores and the other 16 are franchise operations. Field of Dreams, Mounted Memories and ProSportsMemorabilia.com are among the companies under the Dreams, Inc. umbrella.
