Flyers Autograph King Nears Goal

His want list is down to a precious few and Tim Marino admits he's having trouble tracking down the remaining signatures he needs to complete an unusual collection.

The Philadelphia Flyers fan is trying to own an autograph from every player who suited up for the team since its inception. The franchise only dates back to the 1967-68 season, but that still means over 500 players.

Surprisingly, in just a few years he's getting close to his goal.

"It has happened a lot quicker than I thought it would. I guess that shows the power of the Internet," he told Philly.com, which featured his quest in a recent story.
