Dwyane Wade Doubtful

Dwyane Wade is doubtful for opening night 2007. The South Florida Sun-Sentinel is reporting that Wade's six-month rehab schedule will probably keep him off the court until mid-November. How's he feeling?

"I'm trying to get the motion back in my arm," he said. "I'm able to do a lot of things with my arm that I wasn't able to do."

Wade described the knee as "touchy," but he has backed off when it has felt sore. Doctors told him after the surgery that the knee would take three months to feel right.

Formerly one of the deepest teams in the East, the Heat are now without productive wing players until Wade returns. With Jason Kapono in Toronto, you have to believe that the Heat have to entertain the idea of bringing Eddie Jones back, unless they're ready to hand the starting job at the 2 over to Dorell Wright.

Of course, there's always Steve Francis...
