Over in baseball, pennant races are heating up all over the league. The Boston Red Sox are still chasing down the Tampa Bay Rays for control of the AL East. If players like Carlos Beltran and David Wright can hold off the Phillies and the Marlins for the next couple of weeks, this team could go deep into October. Out West, Dodgers fans are hoping Manny Ramirez delivers and gets their team into the playoff chase.
