Returns & Exchanges

At SportsMemorabilila.com, authenticity is our greatest concern.  In order to insure that every item we sell is guarenteed 100% authentic and is under our secure inventory system, we can not accept returns of or refunds for autographed merchandise that is not outlined in one of the situations below.  This insures that a fraudulent item is not inserted in place of the authentic item and then sent back to SportsMemorabilila.com for sale to another customer.  At SportsMemorabilila.com, protecting our customers and the authenticity of our products is something we take seriously!  In addition, all pre-orders of product are non-refundable due to the contractual obligations with the athletes based on pre-order quantities.

Returns and Exchanges for damaged goods are accepted within 5 days of receipt of the item. A full refund or full store credit will be issued if the item is received damaged.  If the item is damaged, SportsMemorabilia.com will pay for all shipping return costs and shipping costs of the new item.  Claims for items that are lost in the mail must be reported to SportsMemorabilila.com immediately.  An investigation with the carrier will then be initiated and upon the conclusion of that investigation a new item may be shipped to the customer.  NO returns will be accepted without the customer contacting SportsMemorabilia.com and a Return Number, which will be assinged to the customer upon the conclusion and confirmation of their return with a SportsMemorabilia.com agent.  

Damaged items must be held by the customer for at least 5 business days, as per UPS guidelines, so a driver can come to inspect the damaged package for reimbursement.

A SportsMemorabilila.com agent will inform the customer of the return instructions and the address or circumstances with which to return their item.  All returns, including cancellations and refusals, are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as any shipping and handling neccessary to return the item(s) and the original shipping charge.  Please note, the restocking fee and shipping and handling do NOT apply for the return of damaged items.

 

Holiday Return Policy

Customers who order and disregard the suggestion at checkout to use expedited delivery as per the holiday shipping policy WILL NOT be able to return their items if they do not arrive in time for Christmas.  Suggested shipping method is clearly displayed on the checkout page if an item needs to be expedited to guarantee Christmas delivery.  If shipping times need to be clarified please call or email a representative.  Keep in mind UPS does not guarantee UPS Ground delivery, as they do their expedited services, so it is suggested to use expedited services on all order after December 7th.
