The Sports Collectors Guild was founded in 1983 in Phoenix, AZ by a French artist whose name is not given on the website. According to replicastadiums.com, this unnamed artist moved to America, fell in love with the culture and lifestyle of the Southwest and never left. There is no information on the site about why this man decided to make stadium replicas or how he got into this type of work, but he does have a knack for it.  

The website sells miniature stadiums that come in display cases or snow globes. The site is pretty easy to navigate if you are searching for your favorite team’s stadium. They have a larger focus on baseball and football and less emphasis on hockey and basketball. They have just about every MLB team but only a handful for hockey.  However, their NHL selection does include bigger franchise like the New York Rangers and the Detroit Red Wings. So, if you want your hockey team or basketball team’s arena replicated, you might have to look elsewhere. Most of their products are original and aren’t sold on other websites. Their replica stadiums show impressive detail and are relatively affordable. Fans can also have a custom made stone or metal replica done of their building of choice, which may be useful for stadiums or arenas that are not offered on the website.
