As evidenced by the banner on top of their homepage, SuperstarGreetings.com prides itself on being a carrier of only the finest sports memorabilia and collectibles. When first opening the site, the viewer is bombarded with a collage of fine sports memorabilia items, like an autographed Joe Frazier vs. Mohammad Ali picture and a Barry Sanders signed football. Based on the homepage, one would imagine that this site carries a wide selection of memorabilia, but that was not entirely true.

The website’s subsequent pages become much less busy once one gets past the homepage.  A consumer can scan through the major sports to search for their favorite athletes.  In addition to athletes, SuperStar Greetings also carries memorabilia signed by famous actors and actresses.  Unfortunately, the site does not offer much in the way of autographed athlete memorabilia.  There were very few products mentioned on the site, and many of the products the site theoretically carried were out of stock.  

At the bottom of the homepage, one will find a link to their 100 percent authenticity guarantee, which explains all of the steps the company takes to ensure the authenticity of their products (extremely helpful for novice buyers). All SuperStar Greetings products contain custom-made, tamper-resistant holograms, a picture from their private signing with the player and a certificate of authenticity.  To top it off, each item comes with a lifetime guarantee. The guarantee offered by the site certainly gives buyers some piece of mind, but their lack of products greatly takes away from their promise of authenticity.
