A visitor to their website can search by state for their favorite collegiate team. Once a visitor clicks a state they can browse through virtually every Division I team in that state.  If a customer can’t find their favorite team or alma mater on the site, they can suggest their school to FANMATS.com. Once a favorite team is found, a number of fan mats appear in a variety of shapes and sizes. There is a much larger selection for collegiate fan mats than there are for professional baseball and football teams.

Under their Support page, a customer can review their policies and FAQ’s. Under their Policies section, they discuss their return policy. A customer can return their mat within 30 days for any reason and get a 75 percent refund as long as the original packaging, the original invoice and packaging slip are included. The other 25 percent that is not returned goes toward a re-stocking fee. FANMATS.com will also replace damaged products provided the original packaging, invoice and packaging slip are included.
