From the second you log-on to the web-site, the first and most important thing you see is the “Hacker-Safe” bar, which of course lets you know that this site can be trusted and you should have no problems paying online.  They offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 and have what they call a 110 percent Price Match Guarantee, which means if you find the item you bought from them at another site for a lower price within 24 hours, they will refund you 110 percent of the difference in store credit, up to $500.00.

The site is not overly advertised on, making it easier on the eyes as you start to look through for what you’re going to purchase. That also allows the user to not have to deal with too many “re-directs” commonly used by most websites. This site offers a wide variety of memorabilia, which for the most part, is all listed in order and very easily accessible to the user. They have a listing of what they call “Hot Deals” and also “What’s New,” which gives you a starting point if you’re not exactly sure what you want, or new to memorabilia collecting. Everything is listed in separate categories (such as baseball, football, basketball, etc.) making it even easier for you to find what you are looking for.

The over-all appearance of the site is professional, but not all that alluring. The first word that comes to mind is standard, when most would be looking for eye-popping! There are minor amounts of graphics, which are mostly used on the products themselves. The site itself loaded fine, with no lag time or problems trying to view certain pages. One glaring thing left out was the authenticity guarantee. Not only could it not be found in plain view on the home page, but even when you try and search the authenticity guarantee on the sites search bar, no results could be found. This could of course be directly linked to the consumer’s mistrust of the site, leading many people to look elsewhere for their memorabilia needs.
